Hypnosis, in general, is a powerful tool that can be used to help you achieve weight loss and maintain a healthy weight.
While many people believe that weight loss is simply a matter of cutting calories and exercising more, the reality is that there are often underlying psychological and emotional factors that contribute to overeating and unhealthy eating habits.
A proper weight loss programme should do more than talk about calories. Often, we will have to address the ‘feeder’ of emotional eating or change those feelings of reward or comfort with specific foods. We might need to explore some beliefs about food that don’t support you. If you have specific problem foods, we can hypnotically eradicate the cravings.
What separates us from other hypnotherapists is the comprehensive nature of the program. People eat unhealthily for a host of reasons. For us to understand your pattern, we have to understand you. Then we work with your unconscious processes (because your eating is a very non-conscious process or pattern). We are with you every step of the way. we will stay with you for between 3 and 12 months, depending on your needs. Over that time, we might need to work on anxiety, low self-esteem issues, or some other contributing factor. Whatever you need, we will do it.
We want this to be the last weight loss effort you ever have to put in. You still have to do the work, but we make it as easy as it can be.
